We're looking for a Client Support Coordinator to join our supportive and collaborative Retail team in Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you'll support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, working closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate activities, produce reports and maintain accurate records, while ensuring our clients receive a professional, responsive and high-quality service.

Responsibilities: Including , but not limited to:
Handling customer queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the coordination and administration of client programmes and activities
Managing user accounts and maintaining customer access permissions within internal systems
Producing, analysing and distributing reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Customising client portals, including branding and configuration updates
Gathering, validating and maintaining accurate customer information within internal databases and systems
Processing invoices and supporting associated administrative activities
Delivering a high standard of customer service through clear, professional communication
Working closely with clients and colleagues to support the successful delivery of services
- Qualifications: Previous administrative and/or customer service experience
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A methodical and organised approach with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confidence working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability when supporting internal and external stakeholders
- A calm, professional and customer-focused approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
