Senior Care Assistant – Join Our Caring, Supportive Team!
Pay: £13.40 per hour
Hours: 33–44 per week, 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rota

What you’ll be doing:
- · Delivering warm, person-centred care and support.
- · Leading and motivating care staff to keep things running smoothly.
- · Creating safe, happy, and healthy environments for our residents.
- · Supporting daily routines – from personal care to mealtimes.
- · Putting care plans into action and making sure every resident’s needs are met.
- · Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for colleagues, residents, and families.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 desirable, but not essential where relevant experience is demonstrated
- · At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Care role.
- · A caring, confident leader who loves working with people.
- · Driving licence preferred (but not essential).
