Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer
4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights: 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00)

We are now looking for Multi-Skilled Shift Engineers to join our high-performing team at our Banbury site.
What you’ll be doing
- Planned and reactive maintenance on site equipment
- Fault finding and problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting continuous improvement (reducing downtime, improving performance)
- Working closely with production and hygiene teams
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and food safety
What we’re looking for
- Multi-skilled (electrical/mechanical) with recognised apprenticeship
- Experience in manufacturing (food/FMCG preferred)
- Knowledge of PLCs, drives, controls, pneumatics
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
