Experience: Experience required in Car Dealership/Supermarket is essential.
We are currently recruiting an experienced and sales-focused Business Manager for one of our busy and well established car supermarkets in Peterborough.
The ideal candidate will have experience within motor trade sales, ideally used cars but not essential, with great organisational skills and great attention to detail along side proven sales experience, who can demonstrate the highest level of customer service and the ability to drive and deliver sales.
Responsible for the following:
- Role includes weekend work due to the nature of the role
- Closing deals for all cash and finance customers
- Offering knowledge on all payment methods
- Confidently present HP and PCP finance and explaining the difference and benefits of each
- Offer additional products and services and the benefits of them such as warranty, paint protection and gap insurance
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales by upselling and stacking deals
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times
