Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial environments, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to guarantee all areas are maintained regularly and thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of cleaning agents.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers confidently.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
