The Role
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and reliable Barber to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate must be confident in all aspects of modern and traditional barbering and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality skin fades and modern hairstyles.
- Perform classic gentleman’s haircuts.
- Beard trimming, shaping, and grooming.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workstation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ barbering experience.
- Confident in skin fades, scissor cuts, clipper work, and beard grooming.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
