The Lord Crewe Arms are actively seeking individuals to join our excellent front of house team, if you loves making people feel welcome, we’d love to have you on the team!
The Role:
- Assist in ensuring that guests have the best possible dining experience
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and any special dietary options available
- Uphold the hotel’s high standards, policies, and service procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant and service areas at all times
- Ensure tables and dining areas, both inside and outside, meet presentation and hygiene standards
- Maintain effective communication with your line manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Relaxed approach to work, friendly, courteous and polite
