Exciting Opportunity for a Roadside Vehicle Technician in Slough
Our client, a leading UK-wide recovery business, is seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team in Slough and surrounding areas. This role offers an excellent chance for a professional looking to expand their expertise in a dynamic field, working outside the traditional garage environment.

- 40-hour working week with flexible shifts scheduled between 6am and 2am (rotas issued weekly)

Duties as a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
- Respond to roadside breakdowns promptly and efficiently
- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults, including electrical and diagnostic issues
- Provide exceptional customer service during roadside assistance calls
- Conduct vehicle inspections and safety checks on-site
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure swift resolutions
- Flexibility to work weekends on a rota basis, with generally fewer weekend shifts
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- At least a Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Roadside Vehicle Technician
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing scenarios
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends on a rota
