What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As Front of House Staff, you will be the face of golf.one. Your role will be dynamic, splitting time between customer service, tech support, and hospitality.
- Welcome & Setup: Greet guests with high energy, check them in, and set them up in their designated simulator bays.
- Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Learn the ins and outs of our golf simulator software to confidently assist guests and troubleshoot basic tech issues on the fly.
- Hospitality & Bar: Take drink and food orders, fulfill them accurately, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their session.
- Property Upkeep: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the bays, bar area, and general property to ensure a premium environment.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
You don't need to be a scratch golfer to work here, but you do need a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Customer-First Mindset: Naturally friendly, approachable, and proactive in helping others.
- Tech-Fluent: Comfortable learning new software/hardware systems so you can accurately guide customers.
- Reliable & Adaptable: Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and working both independently and with a team during your shifts.
- Availability: Able to commit to ~approx 10 hours a week, with flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or tech support is a plus, but not required!
