We are looking for a Receptionist who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Someone who is organised, professional, and able to remain calm and welcoming in a busy hotel environment.
What you will be doing:
You will be supporting the day-to-day operation of the hotel reception, welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, answering telephone and email enquiries, handling reservations, and assisting guests throughout their stay. You will help maintain high standards of customer service while supporting the wider hotel team to ensure guests receive a warm and professional experience at all times.
What you will bring to the team:
You will ideally have previous experience within hospitality, customer service, or a reception environment, although full training can be provided for the right candidate. You will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently under pressure. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for hospitality are essential.
