Job Role – Support Worker
We are looking for reliable and experienced support workers to work alongside a middle aged female adult with LD, autism and mental health, requiring support to engage, promote independence, teach life skills, access the community, and develop social interests. Ideally, this role would suit an applicant with experience/training in the following: Mental health experience (however training will be provided). The applicant must exhibit a patient, bubbly and fun disposition and be motivated to make a difference to this ladies life.
Situated: Timperley
Shifts:
Monday to Sunday
08:00 - 23:00 (Sleep) 08:00
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver's license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Experience of providing complex care (e.g. Autism, Tracheostomy etc.)
- Content on working alternate weekends
