Keyholder – Clarks Berwick

Hours: 12 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and motivated Keyholder to join our team at Clarks Berwick.
This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Advisor, Senior Sales Assistant, or Supervisor looking to take on additional responsibility within a retail environment. As a Keyholder, you will support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, while continuing to deliver excellent customer service and sales performance.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
- Measuring and fitting footwear using Clarks' specialist fitting techniques.
- Providing expert product advice and recommendations to customers.
- Supporting the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of store presentation.
- Opening and closing the store in line with company procedures.
- Cashing up and completing end-of-day banking and administration tasks.
- Taking responsibility for the store during designated shifts.
- Acting as the senior colleague on duty when required.
- Supporting and guiding team members to ensure excellent operational standards are maintained.
- Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with the smooth running of the business.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a retail sales, keyholder, senior sales, or supervisory role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in taking responsibility and making decisions when managing shifts.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience handling cash and following operational procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and peak trading periods.
