We are looking for an outgoing and passionate individual to join our bar team at Piersland House in Troon
We are a busy 37 beautifully styled bedroom Country House Hotel, renowned for our customer service and Food and beverage.
CONTRACT AND REWARD
The role carries a permanent contract of 12+ hours per week, depending on the business and your availability. Usually shifts are 11-3/5-11 during the week and on weekends/weddings 11on, 12on or 5-on
This is an hourly paid position, paid monthly,

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As our bartender, you must have a genuine warmth and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality service with a smile
Job responsibilities include:
- Looking after all the guests in the Walker Lounge, red bowl Lounge and Functions (Mainly weddings). Serving, drinks, tea and coffee and cocktails.
- Provide a consistently high level of guest service in accordance to our service principles and values, ensuring that all guests receive special attention and recognition.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
The successful applicant will have/be:
- At least be 18 and ideally have at least a year experience in the hospitality business, but for the right person without any experience, full training will be given
- Have an outgoing personality and be a real team player
- Be flexible in working shift patterns required
