Key Carer Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client’s support network.
- Assist in skill development and educational access.
- Support communication, domestic tasks, personal care, and social interactions.
- Encourage community involvement and create meaningful activities.
- Maintain high personal care standards, including hygiene and daily living.
- Promote health and well-being through medical and emotional support.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
- Reliability, commitment, and willingness to complete mandatory induction in 12 weeks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and independently.
- Car driver/owner
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with learning disabilities.
- Experience working in care.
