Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Control Room Operator to oversee daily operations within our facility on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. Shifts are 06:00 - 18:00, and 18:00 - 06:00. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Responsibilities
- Monitor and control operational systems via multiple computer software's, ensuring continued security for clients.
- Conduct accurate data entry related to system status, incidents, and operational issues.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and other departments through phone etiquette and professional interaction.
- Analyse CCTV data to identify any issues or inefficiencies and escalate as necessary.
- Assist in client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service during interactions.
- Respond promptly to alarms or system alerts, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Support shift handovers by providing comprehensive reports on ongoing activities and system status from your shift.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail.
- A CCTV SIA license is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret operational data effectively.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Experience in CCTV / Security roles is advantageous but not essential. This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of concentration and professionalism.
- Experience with Hik Central systems and Microsoft office applications is beneficial.
