About the role
New Homes is one of the most exciting parts of our business.
As a New Homes Sales Specialist, you'll work with our developer clients to market and sell a portfolio of brand-new homes across Worcestershire. From helping launch new developments to matching buyers with their next home, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences and delivering outstanding results.
You'll spend your time speaking with applicants, arranging viewings, following up enquiries, and keeping buyers engaged throughout their journey. You'll also work alongside our marketing team, contributing ideas for campaigns, social media content and property launches that showcase our developments in the very best light.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you could be helping launch a new development, the next you're creating opportunities from your applicant database or booking market appraisals for our residential sales team.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and understands that success comes from consistency, enthusiasm and picking up the phone.
