Care Dedications are recruiting Senior Care Workers for our Supported living/Care Home in, Derby DE1. Young Adults, CQC & OFSTED guidelines followed.
In the heart of Derby City which has been lovingly restored to provide residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain injuries and Complex Health needs. The home will provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will have appropriate on-call and a management process in place to support the service. The home will provide a bespoke Person-Centred service focusing on promoting choice and independence for everyone. Our emphasis is on creating a better quality of life for people with disabilities by providing planned holistic services to suit the needs of each individual and support their personal growth and independence.
You must have:
- 12+ months UK care experience
- Experience with Brain Injury & Learning Disabilities
- Confident with eMAR, Care Plans, Personal Care & Leadership
- (Prefered NVQ2/Level 2)
Buccal Training, Manual Handling & Medication training
Role includes:
Supporting independence, medication, personal care, vital signs, clinical areas, communication, records & safeguarding.
Trainings Needed: Mandatory trainings Plus
Personal Care, Moving & Handling, Medication, Buccal, Epilepsy Awareness, Person Centred Care, COSHH, MCA & DOLs
