Hours: Days (during initial training), moving to a mix of days and nights

Positive Signs on your CV:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) from a mechanical maintenance background OR Time Served.
- Proven experience with structural welding and finishing parts to print.
- Background in tool fitting, die maintenance, or precision mechanical engineering.
- Flexibility to transition from day shifts to a day/night shift rotation after training.
