The role
- Building detailed market maps of investment firms, teams and individuals
- Conducting original research to identify candidates for specific mandates
- Approaching and qualifying prospective candidates against client requirements
- Producing candidate profiles, research reports and market intelligence
Requirements
- Graduate with strong academics
- Inquisitive with excellent research and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgement
- Resilient, collaborative and comfortable learning complex markets
