Are you passionate about creating digital experiences that work for everyone?
We’re looking for a Digital Optimisation Officer who is curious, data-driven and motivated to make things better. You’ll use insight to understand how people interact with our digital journeys and help make them clearer, simpler and more inclusive.
You’ll work closely with campaign teams, using data and testing to improve performance while keeping accessibility at the heart of everything you do. You’ll also be confident sharing insights in a way that is easy for others to understand and act on.
In this role, you will support RNIB’s digital optimisation programme. You’ll help design and run A/B tests, analyse user behaviour using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Hotjar, and recommend improvements that remove barriers for users. You’ll also produce clear, accessible reports and help ensure our digital journeys meet accessibility, GDPR and PCI requirements.
We’re looking for someone with experience in digital optimisation, a strong understanding of testing and analytics, and a genuine commitment to inclusive design. You’ll be comfortable working with others, explaining data simply, and turning insight into practical improvements.
