JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our collaborative Lending Securities Management team in Agency Securities Finance. You'll have opportunities to learn, manage processes, and see your impact across the team.
As a Trading Services Associate in Agency Securities Finance team, you will collaborate with your team and stakeholders to onboard incremental and new business into the Lending programme, and manage the tax and regulatory requirements of the accounts our clients lend from. You will partner with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders. Your work will cover multiple different processes, in a control-oriented environment.
Job responsibilities
- Review inbound requests from Relationship Managers, Implementations, and our Tax Operations colleagues.
- Plan and communicate changes to clients' safekeeping accounts within the guardrails, controls, and regulations set by the systems and client requirements.
- Manage each onboarding or change from end-to-end.
- Perform standard settlement instruction changes, communicate clearly, and transition stock, reconciling at every step.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Implementations, Tax Operations, and internal teams globally.
- Handle queries, communicating clearly and constructively.
- Build strong client relationships and partner with Relationship Managers to meet and manage client expectations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture.
- Experience in the financial industry, preferably within an investment banking environment.
- Technical understanding of securities products.
