CLS Contract Labour Solutions are supporting our client in Pontefract, who manufacture precision engineered enclosures. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Spray Painters with a strong background in industrial coatings and corrosion protection.
The Role
You will be responsible for preparing and applying industrial coatings to a high standard, including C3–C5 corrosion protection applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces, including masking and finishing.
- Apply industrial coatings using airless, air-assisted and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
- Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers.
- Ensure coatings meet required specifications for quality, adhesion and durability.
- Inspect finished work and maintain high-quality standards.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
About You
- Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter.
- Experienced using airless, air-assisted and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
- Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
- Experience working to C3–C5 corrosion protection standards.
- Able to follow technical specifications and work accurately.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Hours & Pay
- 40 hours per week
- Days: 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Afters: 2:00pm–12:30am, Monday to Thursday
- Afters shift includes a 20% shift allowance.
- The business is closed on Bank Holidays and operates a full Christmas shutdown through to the New Year.
