Job Summary:
MSJ Building and Project Solutions Ltd is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to coordinate project delivery, manage site performance, and ensure construction work is completed safely and efficiently. This role suits an experienced construction professional who can lead teams, control resources, and keep projects on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress against deadlines and budgets; implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Manage procurement processes and oversee the utilisation of materials and equipment efficiently.
- Utilise Civil 3D for design review, site analysis, and layout planning to support project development.
- Lead and motivate project teams; facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimise productivity across multiple projects.
Requirements:
- Experience in construction operations, site management, or project delivery.
- Strong team, contractor, and resource management skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Relevant construction qualifications or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: £47,000.00-£72,000.00 per year
