Location: Unit 4 Tyne Tunnel Trade Park, Narvik Way, North Shields NE29 7DE
Salary: Starting at £12.72 rising £13.10 upon completion of all training and sign off
Working Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day)
- Sunday: Always off

Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an integral part of our depot team, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your energy and enthusiasm will help promote the company and its cornerstones to tradespeople in the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage all areas of warehouse operations, both physical and clerical
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Organise and store stock appropriately
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Maintain stock availability, standards, and organisation
- Coordinate customer deliveries
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Minimise stock loss through effective management
- Handle and process customer returns efficiently
- Achieve operational depot targets
- Manage relationships with third-party delivery contractors
