We're looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our growing team at 45 London – one of Shoreditch's most exciting hospitality destinations.
From our vibrant rooftop bar to our late-night cocktail lounge, Parallel 45, you'll be part of a venue where creativity, premium service and unforgettable guest experiences come together.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving exceptional classic and signature cocktails.
- Delivering warm, engaging and professional customer service.
- Working confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume cocktail environment.
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and bar presentation.
- Recommending drinks and upselling premium products.
- Supporting the team to create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a busy bar or restaurant.
- Has excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and premium brands.
- Thrives under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is confident, personable and passionate about hospitality.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and late-night shifts.
