Robinson Roofing Group Limited are seeking skilled and reliable Qualified Roofers holding a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (Tiling, Slating or equivalent) to join our award-winning team.

The Opportunity
This role is offered on a self-employed / CIS registered basis with weekly pay.
For the right candidates who consistently deliver high-quality work, reliability and a strong work ethic, there is a clear pathway into permanent full-time employment with the company.
The Role
As a Qualified Roofer you will:
- Carry out high-quality roofing installations, repairs and maintenance
- Work on a variety of projects including heritage, residential and commercial schemes
- Apply traditional and modern roofing techniques to a high standard
- Maintain excellent health & safety and site standards at all times
- Work professionally as part of our skilled team

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (Tiling, Slating or equivalent) – essential
- Proven experience in pitched roofing
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
- Ability to work at height safely and confidently
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- CSCS card (preferably Blue Skilled Worker card)
- Willingness to travel to sites across Hampshire and neighbouring counties
- Must be able to work on a CIS self-employed basis
Experience in heritage roofing, leadwork or hard metals would be an advantage.
