Sales & Administration Coordinator (Property Auctions)
Part-Time | 3–4 hours per day | Flexible Hours
Based in South Wales
Town & Country Property Auctions is one of South Wales' leading property auction companies, helping homeowners achieve quick, secure sales. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, friendly and organised individual to support our expanding team.
This is much more than a traditional administration role. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping to arrange appointments, follow up enquiries and support the smooth running of our office. With full training, you'll also learn how to discuss the auction process with potential sellers and qualify new enquiries before passing them to our valuers.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Booking valuation appointments
- Following up enquiries from our marketing campaigns
- Keeping our CRM and records up to date
- Supporting the office with general administration
- Assisting with compliance paperwork and customer communications
- Learning how to explain the benefits of selling by auction
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the client journey
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- A great communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Positive, self-motivated and keen to learn
- Interested in property (experience is helpful but not essential)
Experience
Experience in administration, customer service, estate agency, insurance, banking, telesales or appointment setting would be an advantage, but personality and attitude are more important than previous property experience.
Welsh language skills would be welcomed but are not essential.
