Reputable consultancy in Redditch requires 2x Structural Engineers to join them in a significant growth phase.
Working within a supportive and experienced Civil & Structural Engineering team, you'll help to design and analyse various building structures up to £25m.
The Technical Director anticipates doubling the size of the team in the next few years.

Design and analyse building structures in the main materials.

Manage small structural engineering projects or assist on larger ones.

Work closely with a senior structural engineer to develop project designs and specifications.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

Provide technical support during the construction phase, addressing any issues that arise.

Use software such as Tekla Structural Designer and CADS.

Civil / Structural Engineering degree.

3+ years' building design experience gained at a UK design consultancy.

Experience managing project timelines and deliverables.

Working knowledge of various structural engineering software.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
