About the Role:
As a Client Account Handler, you’ll play a vital role in both maintaining and growing our client base. You'll be the trusted link between our clients and insurers, ensuring seamless service and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Handle the renewal and retention of existing policies, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt and professional responses to client inquiries, offering expert advice on HNW insurance options.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and enhancing coverage to meet client needs.
- Uphold FCA compliance standards and contribute to the business's revenue growth.
