Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to support our growth initiatives within the real estate sector in the middle east and particularly Egypt. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in property, sales, and market development. The Business Development Associate will assist with research, relationship-building activities, and business development processes while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities across residential and/or commercial real estate.
- Support the team in maintaining relationships with agents, developers, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research on property trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Help prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for prospective clients and partners.
- Assist with managing CRM data, updating leads, and tracking business development activities.
- Participate in meetings, networking events, and property viewings where appropriate.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and lead generation tasks.
- Prepare weekly reports summarising market insights and progress on business development activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the business development team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the real estate industry and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in Arabic both written and verbally
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the industry is preferred.
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
