Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber / Pipefitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, filtration pipework to our pools and spas, and installation of steam generators on our bespoke steam rooms. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret schematics. The successful applicant will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all plumbing installations meet industry standards and regulations. The Job will involve some travel to job sites for installations.
Responsibilities
- Installation of high pressure pvc pipework
- Interpret and work from drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Pressure testing of installed pipework
- Use power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in basic maths for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Experience with power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
- Capable of interpreting schematics for effective installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of electrics would be an advantage
