Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security staff to ensure efficient coverage and response.
- Oversee surveillance operations using CCTV systems, ensuring continuous monitoring of premises for suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Implement loss prevention measures by conducting inspections, monitoring access points, and identifying potential theft or vandalism risks.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations and documenting events through detailed reports.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to maintain a visible security presence and identify hazards or irregularities.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and coordinate emergency responses with local authorities.
- Train security personnel on surveillance techniques, emergency procedures, and safety protocols to enhance team effectiveness.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques.
- Proven experience in loss prevention strategies within a security environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
- Ability to respond calmly and efficiently during emergencies or incidents.
- Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and coordinating with emergency responders.
- Basic first aid certification is preferred to provide immediate assistance when needed.
- Attention to detail in conducting inspections, audits, and surveillance activities.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
