Job Summary
Due to continued growth and a healthy workload, Bravado Builders is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team.
We're a family-run building company with a reputation for quality workmanship, reliability and excellent customer service. We carry out a variety of residential projects including extensions, renovations, disability adaptations, structural alterations and general building works.
Most of our work is based in and around Bradford, with occasional projects across Yorkshire.
The Role
You'll be supporting our builders and subcontractors across a range of construction projects and helping ensure jobs run smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Duties may include:
- Loading and unloading materials
- Keeping sites clean, safe and organised
- Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
- Demolition and strip-out works
- Basic groundwork and digging
- Mixing materials and preparing work areas
- Moving tools, equipment and deliveries
- Assisting with building, renovation and structural projects
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is hardworking, reliable and punctual
- Has a good work ethic and positive attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is physically fit and happy with manual work
- Has experience on building sites (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
- Has a UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
