About the Role
As one of Housekeeping Inspectors, you'll be the final seal of approval before guests arrive.
You'll ensure every home is presented to the highest possible standard, carrying out inspections, completing changeover cleans when required, styling properties, replenishing supplies, and making sure every guest walks into a home that exceeds expectations.
You'll also act as our eyes on each property. You'll notice the things others miss, identifying maintenance issues, recommending improvements, spotting items that need replacing or deep cleaning, and helping us resolve problems before they impact a guest's stay.
This role requires excellent organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to prioritise your workload independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out detailed property inspections and cleaning before guest arrivals.
- Styling and presenting properties to an exceptional standard.
- Restocking guest supplies and ensuring every property is fully prepared.
- Driving between properties throughout Inverness.
- Reporting maintenance issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Spotting areas that require deep cleaning, repair, replacement or attention before they become problems.
- Working closely with the operations team to maintain consistently high standards.
- Helping us continually improve our guest experience and achieve outstanding reviews.

- Is confident driving and comfortable travelling between properties throughout Inverness.

- Is physically fit and happy carrying out hands-on cleaning duties.

- Brings ideas, takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve how we work.
Hours
Working hours would vary, usually between 12 noon and 4pm. We can offer flexibility for the right candidate and we can work around your schedule.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
