Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join a SME Construction Company based in Fishponds, Bristol. This is a unique stand-alone role working directly to the Company Directors.
· Sales and Purchase ledger processing
· VAT Returns
· Monthly Management Accounts & Year End preparation for Accountants
· Monthly & Fortnightly Payrolls, including P11D and Year End P60s
· Stakeholder Pension scheme management
· CIS Returns
· Cashflow Planning
· Budgeting and cost planning
· Bank and Control Account reconciliations
· Job costing and Work in Progress reporting
Knowledge of the following would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given:
· Sage 50 Accounts
· Sage 50 Payroll
· Construction Manager
· CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
· Domestic Reverse Charge VAT for the Construction Industry
Qualifications:
AAT or equivalent, or Qualified by Experience
Skills required:
· Ability to work alone and prioritise tasks and deadlines
· Good communication skills as the role works closely with Directors, Employees and also Suppliers and Customers.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Problem solving and analytical skills
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
