Our Talent & Development colleagues are now looking to add a Talent & Development Administrator to their team. The role is full time, and will be offered on a 6 month fixed term basis.
You'll provide administrative reporting and support service activities, including maintenance of Learning Management System to the Group Talent, Learning & Development Function.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Organising and Co-coordinating
-
Manage training courses. Organise and coordinate meetings and programmes in timely manner, dealing with any issues and cancellations promptly.
Managing information and reporting
-
Administer New Employee on boarding e-Learning programme to ensure all new starters complete mandatory e-Learning training to comply with legal, regulatory and Client specific requirements.

Update and maintain accurate training records, including those present on the Learning Management System to record and track learning activity across all sites within the UK.

Compile, disseminate and continuously improve monthly management reports at departmental, team and individual level to meet service expectations.

Utilise new technology and approaches to help aid learner experiences and support with realisation of stakeholder requirements.
Communication

Receive and respond to queries relating to Talent Development, escalating requests to the appropriate person or area to provide a timely and effective service through the learning and development mailboxes.

First point of contact delivering a professional and courteous service to a diverse range of customers face to face, by telephone or via email.

Always ensuring confidentiality, only releasing confidential information obtained during employment to those acting in an official capacity in accordance with the provisions of related acts and laws across the UK, Europe and internationally.
Supporting the team

Support the Head of Talent Development, the Learning Systems Manager, and their peer group with administrative and reporting duties in line with business requirements.

Provide administrative support on a variety of Learning & Development activities to ensure successful delivery of training, workshops, team events and projects.

Carry out any other duties as and when required to support the objectives and deliverables of TD.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Advanced PC skills to include Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, Internet.

Experience of systems associated to talent, learning and development e.g., LMS’s, learning tools and systems, Evaluation, and on-line profiling assessment tools.

Administration management skills as part of a broader project plan.
