Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organisational standards
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support the team with administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette
