As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting the team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the kitchen and all equipment are kept clean and tidy,
- Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Manage waste disposal and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Assist chefs and other kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
