What the Role Involves
As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you’ll focus on building trust, answering questions, and guiding people through positive decisions:
- Welcoming and engaging customers at events and promotional locations
- Providing clear, friendly information about charitable initiatives and their impact
- Supporting the sales process, new donor sign-ups and donations through inspiring conversations
- Ensuring every interaction feels positive, respectful, and memorable
- Working towards daily and weekly performance targets as part of a supportive team
- Representing campaigns with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Achieving campaign sales targets and driving impact for the brand

What You’ll Receive

- Weekly pay including, performance-based incentives and uncapped commissions - Average pay is between £575 and £650 per week.
