La Mia Mamma is more than just a restaurant; it’s a unique culinary journey. Our concept delivers authentic Italian regional cuisine, prepared and served by real Italian mammas flown in directly from Italy. Made in Italy is a traditional Italian pizzeria and offers a warm, Italian dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring a high standard of service.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as required.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with financial tasks including cash handling, sales reporting, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to creating a positive and professional work environment.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of financials, including sales reports and stock management.
- Passion for Italian food and culture is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
