Pay rate: £13.00 per hour (Weekly or Monthly pay available)
Shift pattern: 36 hours per week - 8:00am - 20:00pm and 20:00pm - 8:00am on a rota basis
About the Role:
We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a small team providing 1:1 care for a sociable individual living at home with Huntington’s Disease. The person receiving care has complex needs and requires dedicated, hands-on support from a consistent care team.
This individual enjoys social interaction, getting their hair and nails done, and maintaining their personal appearance. They value meaningful conversation and strong relationships with their support workers.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care with dignity and respect

Support with eating and drinking

Administer oral medication as directed

Assist with complex moving and handling – movements can be fast-paced and require calm, confident support

Engage in conversation and promote emotional wellbeing
About You:

Calm, patient, and observant – able to adapt to fast-paced physical movements

Able to follow clear care plans and communicate effectively
