Position Overview
Tees Valley Flooring is a specialist flooring contractor, carrying out all aspects of flooring installations primarily working with high volume housebuilders. The Flooring Customer Care Fitter will be responsible for carrying out customer care remedial works to all types of flooring. This role requires significant fitting experience, effective problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customer care administrator to complete customer care remedial works.
- Conduct site visits to assess reported issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Document and track customer care cases, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide technical advice and support on flooring products and maintenance.
- Maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in fitting all types of flooring (Carpet/LVT/Vinyl/Safety Floor/Sub-Floor Prep).
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (site-based role).
