Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operational experience, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality landscaping and grounds maintenance services.
Role Description
As a Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple contracts, managing teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of grounds maintenance contracts
Leading and supporting operational teams across multiple sites
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing schedules and resources effectively
Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
Monitoring quality and driving continuous improvement
Supporting business growth and contract retention
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or facilities management
Previous contracts management experience preferred
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Full UK driving licence
A proactive and professional approach
