Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual benefit
- Develop customised sales strategies to meet targets and expand market reach
- Manage client accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using IT systems
- Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness through networking events and industry conferences
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar commercial environment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant applications
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Customer service orientation with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating effectively within a team
