We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including flatbed lorries, across designated routes.
- Load and unload goods with care, ensuring items are secured properly during transit.
- Plan delivery routes to optimise efficiency and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Verify delivery details and obtain necessary signatures or documentation upon receipt.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery times or issues.
- Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with commercial driving background.
- Familiarity with flatbed operation is advantageous.
- Experience in logistics or transportation industries is desirable.
- Valid driving licence suitable for commercial vehicles is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude on the road.

Pay: £97.68-£150.00 per day
