We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems
- Schedule appointments and organise lessons efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office,
- Assist with invoicing,
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organising documents
- Ensure the reception & retail area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations
Requirements:

Pay: £12.71 per hour
