AMG Ltd is currently hiring Battery Swap Drivers to support Lime e-scooter operations across North and North-East London.
- Self-employed / Contractor Role
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:
Drivers must own an electric van or be willing to rent one independently at their own expense.
Small electric vans are accepted, provided they are suitable for transporting batteries and equipment.
- Main Responsibilities
- Replace depleted batteries in Lime e-scooters.
- Transport charged batteries between operational locations.
- Complete battery swap tasks using the company app.
- Ensure scooters remain fully operational and available for customers.
- Follow assigned routes and operational procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Requirements
- Own an electric van (or be willing to rent one).
- Small electric vans accepted.
- Full UK or EU driving licence (held for at least 2 years).
- Maximum 6 penalty points and no major driving offences.
- DBS check required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Good English communication skills.
- Physical Role
- Loading and unloading batteries throughout the day.
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
