Cura Vita Complex Care Group is looking for compassionate, reliable and committed Support Workers to join our specialist supported living team in Dunstable.
You'll be supporting a young adult with autism and a learning disability to live as independently as possible, building trusted relationships, encouraging independence and supporting meaningful everyday experiences.

About the Role
No two days are the same.
You'll provide person-centred support both at home and in the community, helping to develop independence, confidence and everyday life skills.
You'll work as part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care, promoting positive outcomes and providing reassurance during periods of anxiety or distress using Positive Behaviour Support approaches.
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in people who:
- Have experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities or complex care needs.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
- Can work a mixture of day shifts, night shifts and weekends.
- Enjoy supporting people to access the community.
- Are calm, patient and compassionate.
- Want to build a long-term career within complex care.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Promote independence and everyday living skills.
- Support community activities, appointments and outings.
- Provide personal care where required.
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support strategies and individual care plans.
- Administer medication following training.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals.
Pay & BenefitsPay Progression
- £12.71 per hour during probation (days and nights)
- £14.00 per hour for day shifts after successful completion of probation
- £16.00 per hour for night shifts after successful completion of probation
