Superclean (UK) Limited are looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operatives to work as a pair to maintain high standards of cleanliness at a large commercial premise in Droitwich.
Pay Rate: £ 12.71 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week total (7 hours per day total split between 2 people) initially, increasing to 42.5 hours per week total (8.5 hours per day total split between 2 people) upon site completion
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Shift Options Available:
We are looking for two candidates who can work either the morning shift together OR the evening shift together to cover the daily required hours.
- Morning Shift (Pair): 5:00 AM – 8:30 AM working window
- Evening Shift (Pair): 5:30 PM – 12:00 AM working window
On-site security is present so no keyholding is required.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Current Phase (7 Hours/Day Total Between 2 Operatives ):
- 1.5 hours/day: Site cabin cleaning (temporary until handover)
- 5.5 hours/day: Internal cleaning across Floors 1 and 2
- Future Phase (8.5 Hours/Day Total Between 2 Operatives):
- Internal cleaning across Floors 1, 2, and the Ground Floor (an additional 3 hours added upon completion of works, minus cabin cleans)
- General cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and waste disposal.
Requirements:
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a 2-person team (joint applications or individuals willing to pair up are welcome).
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, health & safety standards, and use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or evenings if required.
