We're a growing, independent beauty brand specialising in beautiful brows, exceptional treatments and an experience that keeps clients coming back.
Brows are where our story began and remain at the heart of what we do, from precision waxing, tinting and shaping through to micropigmentation. Our salons also offer services including lash lifts, facial and body waxing, laser treatments and more.
But treatments are only part of it.
We believe visiting a salon should feel like something you look forward to.
Our clients aren't appointment numbers. We know them. We talk to them. We remember them. We laugh with them. And we're slightly obsessive about making sure they leave feeling brilliant.

And it's why, as we grow, we're determined not to lose the personality and standards that made My Brow Expert successful in the first place.
YOU DON'T NEED TO ARRIVE AS A BROW EXPERT.
We'll help with that bit.
We're much more interested in finding brilliant people with the right attitude, personality and potential.
You'll need an NVQ Level 2 beauty qualification or equivalent for our treatment roles, but we don't expect you to walk through the door knowing the My Brow Expert way of doing everything.
In fact, we'd rather teach you.

You'll deliver exceptional treatments and advice, help clients choose products that genuinely work for them, build relationships, create repeat appointments and contribute to a salon that always feels welcoming, immaculate and alive.
We're a growing business, so there isn't much room for "that's not my job".
If a client needs looking after, we look after them. If something needs cleaning, we clean it. If a colleague needs help, we help them. If there's an opportunity to make the salon better, we take it.
And yes, we're commercial too.
We want busy appointment books, brilliant rebooking levels and strong product sales. We reward people for helping us achieve them, with opportunities to earn commission alongside competitive rates of pay.

- Provide expert brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting services tailored to each client’s unique features and preferences
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ desired brow shape and overall aesthetic goals
- Apply makeup techniques to complement brow enhancements and create polished, harmonious looks
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Educate clients on brow care routines, product recommendations, and maintenance tips for long-lasting results
- Build strong relationships through attentive listening, clear communication, and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations in brow artistry
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Strong communication skills in English to clearly explain procedures and provide professional advice
- Attention to detail and precision in shaping brows for natural or bold looks as desired
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and continuous learning in the cosmetic industry
Experience in brows, waxing, tinting, lash lifts or related treatments is brilliant, but attitude, potential and your ability to connect with people matter enormously to us.
